Anything when consumed too much of causes cancer.  See, there, saved
you the time and effort of reseaching. :)  Heck, I'm on a vitamin D3
prescription and it could kill me if I took too much of it.  However,
Nutrasweet /will/ cause massive headaches for me if I overdo it at
times.

It's okay, I filter it too in a Brita pitcher.  The water here that
comes out of the tap reeks like chlorine and is brown initally (old
water lines) until it's run for a while.  The water has a nasty smell
to it too, not chlorine but another smell I suspect by using too much
UV treatment on it.  Anyhow, run it through the pitcher and the water
becomes quite nice, especially when ice cold.  I have a hard time
drinking warm water because it tastes nasty.

I used to live in north central Idaho and we had a small well in the
side of a hill near our house.  It was a natural spring...water was
naturally 98% pure and we were getting 30 GPM out of this little well!

I still wish I had that pure of water accessable to me.

I stick to 60 carbs or less with each meal.  However, my problem is
stopping when I should; I eat too much.  I'm hungry all the time which
is a symptom of chronic high blood sugar.  So I'm trying very hard now
to be good and eat when and what I am supposed to in the right amount.
That's all that matters to me now.  I'm trying to do everything I can
for my health -- and not just concerning the diabetes -- because I've
reached the point to where my lackadasial (sp?) attitude has caused me
to start feeling the foolishness of my previous attitude and mistakes.

That's low for me.  Seriously. :/

I'm hoping that I'll start to be able to reverse some of the problems
I have and get control of others very quickly.
