The most famous bombing in Australia took place at the Hilton Hotel in
Sydney, on 13 Feb 1978.  There was a Commonwealth Heads of Government
Regional Meeting planned, and our bomber put his bomb in a rubbish bin
by the Hotel entrance.  Unfortunately the bin was picked up by a
couple of rubbish collectors at 12.40 am, and the bomb went off as the
bin was being thrown into the back of the garbage truck, killing the 2
men and a policeman near the door.  The Ananda Marga organisation was
blamed, and 3 members gaoled, but later released on appeal.

There was also one closer to home, in Adelaide city on 2 March, 1994,
when a criminal used a letter bomb to blow up the detective Sergeant
who was investigating his case.

Since then, there have been several car bombs set off by rival gangs
which are in the marijuana growning and sales business.

I did.  The German government first used it for riot control in 1930s,
presumably under Adolf.  The Brits have 6 which they have used in
Northern Ireland, and in Australia the NSW government bought one in
2007, but haven't used it yet.

My bad wording.  More accurately, what evidence is required by the
relevant authorities before issuing 2, 3 or 4?
