What Dave says here concerns me as WC has never had a problem with this,
it is like Synchronet, runs like a tank.

This is something I never thought of. As Dave never had problems in WC I
could not think of a reason he was not having problems before, honestly it was
straightforward, however if Dave may be Browsing. That is possible,
Dave, did You by any chance try to upload a packet from Tg or Sync with
the names related to those two boards, to wildcat? That could make a
difference. No biggie, just a thought, Probably not, but worth a
thought. I know what the TG problem is, but it never should have happened in
WC.
It may just have been a fluke.


Orang Cranberry Relish for Turkey Day

Ingredients:

    * Zest and juice of 1 orange
        * 1/2 cup sugar, plus more if desired
            * Pinch salt
                * One 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries, rinsed

Directions:

   1.

      In a medium saucepan, heat 1/2 cup water with the orange zest,
      orange juice, sugar and salt over medium-high heat, stirring until
      the sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the cranberries and
      bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the cranberries
      burst and the sauce has thickened slightly, about 7 minutes.
      Sweeten with more sugar, if desired. Let the sauce cool to room
      temperature before serving.

 On another recipe, I have tried and really liked.

Take Your 12 ounces of washed fresh cranberrys and place in a baking
dish Add 1 to 2 jars of smuckers orange marmalade, (You don't want them
swimming in marmalade, but want them well mixed) and mix in with
berries. Make sure baking dish is high enough to handle bubbling. Bake
at about 350 until Cranberrys burst or about 1 hour ( keep an eye on it
or at least check at 45 minutes ) and they are tender. Remove from oven
and chill covered in fridge for several hours. This stuff is great, if
You love the orange cranberry combination. And it is sooo Simple to make.
