Either up or down. I need to read the discharge instructions from the 
Emergency room carefully as one page seems to say "low fibre" and the 
next says "high fibre". I will also be discussing it with my regular 
croaker. This was not a pleasant experience and I don't care to repeat 
it ... if I can possibly avoid the experience.

One thing the low fibre instructions was emphatic on was small seeds and 
bran being no-no items. Nuts - the jury is still out on. I have been 
eating a handful of cashews daily to assist in "regularity". Hopefully 
that can continue. But, I'll do what Doctor Scott recommends.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Doctor Zeus Zucchini Bread
 Categories: Breads, Squash, Fruits
      Yield: 2 loaves

      3 lg Eggs
      1 c  Oil
      2 c  Sugar
      2 ts Vanilla
      2 c  Zucchini; shredded
  8 1/2 oz Crushed pineapple; drained
      1 c  Nuts; chopped
    1/2 c  Raisins
      3 c  Flour
  1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
      1 ts Salt
    3/4 ts Nutmeg
      2 ts Baking soda
    1/4 ts Baking powder

  Beat the eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl
  until thick. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

  Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.

  Bake at 350øF/175øC for 1 hour.
