Nah.  What I would like some day is to have a large kitchen with
industrial-strength kitchen equipment, including a large flat grill.  Flipping
burgers for a decade or two has helped me appreciate all the interesting things
one can do on a flat grill concerning food.  There is a Jenn-Air island that I
want: on either side, there is a small sink.  On top, there is a six-burner gas
stove on the left, in the middle there is a good-sized gas grill and on the
right there is a largish flat grill.  Underneath are a good-sized refrigerator
and freezer.  All in stainless steel.

I want to be able to have the room and the equipment to cook and bake.  I love
to cook for large crowds and would adore to host an echo picnic with enough
room for everyone to cook if they so desire.

No, but that's okay.  I can pay my way.

Mm-hmm.  I have an interview with the local Pepsi bottling plant this Wednesday
for a "warehouse loader".  I would be assembling orders onto pallets then
loading the orders onto semis.  I'd be working from 5 PM to 2 AM, allowing me
to still go to school full-time, and the pay is very, very good for this area.

Simply put, if I got this job, Maura and I would be able to live like humans
again.  I've put off discussing this job simply because I am so very nervous
about this interview.

Yes.  Felix has been looking out every window in the house and Tigger has been
sleeping in every soft spot in the house.  Felix is now overweight even though
we've been feeding him less; we're trying to get him to lose weight.  The weird
thing is that he's an incredibly active cat and he's still chubby like his old
man (well, I've lost about 15 pounds).  I call him my little "plumpernickel".
