According to Lee Whiteside's recently updatedt list, it is "Storm Front,"
which the official site confirms. After that, they'll begin running a few
fan favorite episodes (vote at upn.com).

Well, like I said, that's strictly a local thing.

I was thinking the same thing. After 11 years, there's not much left on UPN
to keep me interested. VERONICA MARS sounds like it might've been
interesting, but I never got the chance to see it. Over the years, I've
given UPN a lot of attention, but it looks like that will end this spring.

Of course, that's because UPN was once a big SF/Fantasy network. In
addition to VOYAGER and ENTERPRISE, I think of any number of series -- good
and bad -- that have come and gone. Off the top of my head:

LEGEND - Michael Piller's reimagining of the old west with Richard Dean
Anderson as a washed up writer of dime novel who gets roped in by an
inventor (played by John DeLancie) to play the hero of his own stories,
using all manner of technological marvels.

NOWHERE MAN - Bruce Greenwood brought this piece of psychological science
fiction to life, as he plays a man who has had his life "erased," while
running from mysterious pursuers.

DEADLY GAMES - Leonard Nimoy produced this series about a couple who had to
fight video game villians come to life.

THE BURNING ZONE - SF medical series in which a team of doctors traveled to
battle strange, sometimes even paranormal diseases. ("The X-Files of
Medicine," in Brannon Brage speak.)

HOMEBOYS FROM OUTERSPACE - Sort of an African American version of RED DWARF,
as two black men travel the galaxy in the Space Hoopty. The most notable
thing about this sci-fi comedy, I think, would be James Doohan guest
starring in several episodes as the Scotty-esque Pippen.

SEVEN DAYS - Time travel show where Jonathan Lapaglia played an
unconventional member of a military program that could send him back in time
to undo events... as long they happened in the last week.

MERCY POINT - An outerspace version of ER, where all kinds of emergencies
can be taken care of on the space station hospital Mercy Point. If you lose
your head over this concept, that's okay. They can perform a re-capitation.

BUFFY: THE VAMPIRE SLAYER - UPN stole the hit away from the WB for the last
two seasons of the series to gain ratings. It worked... for a while.

ROSWELL - When the WB dropped out of ROSWELL when BUFFY left, UPN stepped in
to pick up this show about teenage aliens living in New Mexico.

SECRET AGENT MAN - This series took a campy look at spies.

SPECIAL UNIT 2 - A top secret team of police officers chase down the
monsters that lurk in the city, laced with a healthy amount of humor.

HAUNTED - Between starring successful shows like PARTY OF FIVE and LOST,
Matthew Fox heard the voices of dead people in this flop.

That's a pretty big list, I think, but it should be noted that very few of
these series even made it a whole season. The only ones that last more than
one year (on UPN) were SEVEN DAYS, BUFFY: THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, and SPECIAL
UNIT 2, although ROSWELL had a two other seasons on the WB.
